¾ Ground Chuck
½ Ground Veal
¼ Ground Pork
1½ Cups Soft Bread Crumbs (3 Slices)
¼ Milk
½ Chopped Onion
2 Cups ½ & ½
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon MSG
¼ Teaspoon Ginger
½ - 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes. Cook onions in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Mix meat, onions, breadcrumbs, seasonings and1 cup ½&½ Mix again in mixer until it is fluffy, about 5 minutes.

Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in a little butter, remove.

In browning pan stir in 1 tablespoon flour in meatball drippings. Add cup of ½&½ and instant coffee. Heat until thick. Add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes. Keep warm (add more ½&½ if needed)
