1 lb. asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
Olive oil
8 oz penne pasta
Pesto
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
Shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Spread asparagus pieces on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes.

While asparagus is baking, cook pasta according to directions. Drain.

Add pesto, asparagus, and sun dried tomatoes to pasta and stir. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
