Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c white rice
2 tbs oil
4 ¼ C water
4 tbs Knorr Caldo De Tomate Con Sabor De Polloix.

Directions:
Directions:
- brown rice in oil in large skillet (be sure the skillet has a lid)

- measure out water and Knorr’s seasoning. Add seasoning to water and stir until no lumps remain.

- once rice is a nice golden color add water/Knorr’s mix.

- stir well and turn down heat to just under boiling.

- put lid on and cook for aprox 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. (It’s ok to lift the lid a few times to stir or check the liquid levels (to add more water because it’s cooking too fast) or to see if you need to turn the heat up (cooking to slow)).

- once all liquid is absorbed, let rice sit for 10 minutes with the lid on the skillet before you fluff with a fork and serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
*Tip* If you don’t have access to Knorr’s spices at your super market you can buy it on Amazon.

- You can also make this with cauliflower rice if you are watching your carbs. You will have to adjust the water ratio, it’s been a while since I’ve done it so IDK the exact measurements off hand.
