1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey,
1 can (14.5 oz) diced stewed tomatoes
1 can (14.7 oz) corn
1 small can diced black olives
1 tsp chili powder
1 box (6 oz) Stovetop cornbread stuffing mix
1 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Brown ground meet with chopped onion ( - ⅔ cup), pour off grease.

Add can of diced stewed tomatoes, corn, diced black olives, Chili powder.

Place in 2 qt. Casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Follow directions for making one 6 ounce box of Stovetop cornbread stuffing mix. Then place on top of casserole. Heat in oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
