"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
preheat oven to 325º

- brown butter, let cool, you can put in freezer of fridge to speed this up.

- cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Cream until light and fluffy

- add salt, soda, flours, and one or two large handfuls of each of the chocolate chips (depending on how chocolatey you like it, we like it really chocolatey) to the creamed mixture.

- mix on slow until just combined. Do not over mix!

- scoop spoon fulls of cookie dough onto baking pan and cook to your liking (5-9 minutes).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
*Tip* Scoop any left over dough into an air tight container and freeze until you are ready for some fresh cookies

Note from Ruth - at our house there would not be any leftover cookie dough. Dale would make sure of that!!! He would eat it all up! 😀
