1 C Cake Flour or ¾ C All - Purpose Flour
¼ C Cocoa
¼ teas Salt
3 Eggs
1 C Granulated Sugar
⅓ C Water
1 teas Vanilla
1 C Whipping Cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line jelly roll pan with wax paper or grease. Stir together Flour, Cocoa, Baking Powder, and Salt. In small bowl, beat Eggs until very thick. Pour Eggs into above mixture; gradually add Sugar. On low mixer speed, blend in Water and Vanilla. Gradually add Flour until smooth and pour into jelly roll pan. Bake for
12 - 15 minutes. Loosen cake from edge. Sprinkle clean towel with Confectioner’s Sugar. Place towel over cake and turn upside down. While hot, roll cake in a towel. Cool. Unroll cake; remove towel and spread Whipped Cream over cake and roll up tightly. Refrigerate and slice to serve. Instead of using Whipping Cream, I use
Cool - Whip!
