Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe

Cream: C. Butter
1 C. Sugar
Add: 2 Eggs, one at a time
1 teas. Vanilla

Sift together and alternate:
Adding: 2 C. Flour
1 teas. Baking Soda
1 teas. Baking Powder
teas. Salt
1 C. Sour Cream

Topping: C. Brown Sugar
C. Granulated Sugar
1 teas. Cinnamon

Pour half the batter into pan and sprinkle over half of the topping mixture. Add the remaining batter and sprinkle over the remaining topping mixture. Drizzle C. melted Butter over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
