2 TBSP unsalted butter
1 (8 oz) package baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 C dry white wine, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced, divided
10 oz mild Italian sausage, casings removed
1 (16oz) package three-cheese tortellini
14 ½ oz basil pesto sauce (such as Pregoİ)
1 (5 oz) package baby spinach leaves

Heat butter in a large, deep skillet over med-high heat. Cook & Stir mushrooms, 1/2C white wine & 1 clove minced garlic until liquid has reduced & mushrooms have softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat & place in a bowl.

In the same skillet, over med-high heat, cook & stir in Italian sausage until browned, & crumbly, 5-7 min, divided into bite-sized portions while stirring. Remove excess grease by placing paper towels onto a plate & dumping browned sausage onto it to drain. Return sausage to the skillet.

Return cooked mushrooms back to the skillet with sausage & add tortellini, basil pesto sauce, remaining 1/2 C wine & remaining garlic. Reduce heat to med-low. Cover & cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Add spinach; cover & cook until spinach is wilted, 3-4 minutes more. Mix well to combined. Remove from heat & serve.

I added parmesan cheese when serving it.
