1 peck (8 qt) hot banana peppers, sliced into rings
1 qt. white vinegar
3 c. water
1/2 c. salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. oregano
2 c. oil
2 c. green olives (including brine)

Directions:

Mix all together. Let stand overnight. Put in canning jars. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes. Remove pot from heat, let jars sit in hot water 5 more minutes.
