Ingredients:  
1 can Mexican corn or yellow and white corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
3 green onions, sliced (use whole thing)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ripe avocado
1 small tomato
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except avocado and tomato. Let marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, cut up avocado and tomato and gently stir in. Serve with tortilla chips.
