1 pie crust
2-1/2 cups pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose white flour
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, room temperature
1 cup maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line pie crust and use pie weights.
Bake 15 minutes. Remove pie weights and parchment paper.
Put pecans in warm crugs.
Whisk the remaining ingredients in order and pour over pecans.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
