1 cup almonds
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
6 tablespoons erythritol
1/2 cup flax
1 egg white
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pulse almonds and hazelnuts to half their size.
Add pecans and walnuts, pulse.
Add seeds, erythritol and flax, pulse to mix well.
Turn out into bowl.
Combine liquid ingredients and add to dry.
Spread out on baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool, then break into small pieces.
