1) 1 tbsp butter
2) 1 tsp olive oil
3) 1 onion-chopped
4) 3 stalks celery - chopped
5) 1 cup carrots - chopped
6) 10 small halved potatoes
7) 1/2 tsp minced garlic
8) 2 chopped chicken breasts
9) 2 cups chicken broth
10) 1/2 tsp salt
11) 1/2 tsp pepper
12) 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
13) 1/2 tsp sage
14) 6 biscuits-tube cut/quartered
15) 2 cups chicken broth
2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup frozen peas/peas & carrots

(1 gallon freezer bag Zip lock -if making freeze ahead) or
In the instapot as follows:

1) Place butter and Olive Oil in bottom of the instapot
2) Place onion and celery in next and saute
3) Place chicken in the bottom of the pot then
4) Place the rest of the ingredients (#5-13) in after.
5) cancel saute, place lid, turn to presure/steam then 15 minutes
6) release then place quartered biscuits and 2 cups chicken broth
7) replace lid stem/pressure 10 minutes
8) release pressue then saute 5 minutes
9) add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1 cup peas/carrots
