⅓ c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1¾ c. dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
12 T. (1½ sticks) butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray the bottom of a 9x13" pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder and salt; set aside.

Melt the chocolate, butter and coconut oil in a large bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until mixture is smooth. While keeping your bowl over the water, add sugars and whisk until combined. Take your bowl off the heat and whisk in eggs and vanilla. Do not overmix.

Fold dry ingredients into the chocolate using a rubber spatula. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth top. Bake for about 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs attached. Cool and cut with a plastic knife.
