1 Tablespoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and store in an air tight container. Yield ⅓ cup.

Rub or sprinkle on chicken or seafood before broiling or grilling.
