1 - 15 oz can tomato sauce
2-3 Tbs chili powder
1 - 2 tsp cumin
1 - 2 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1-2 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup broth from the pork or chicken - strained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a sauce pan and heat. Simmer on low heat for about a half hour or so for flavors to come together.

If you are making a large casserole or want to have extra sauce that you can freeze for later use, triple or quadruple the recipe. The sauce freezes well.
