Cranberry Bread Recipe

Mix:
2 C Flour
1 C Sugar
½ teas Soda
1 teas Salt
1 Egg
½ C Frozen Orange Juice-undiluted, partially thawed
2 T hot Water

Add:
½ C chopped Nuts
1 C Raw Cranberries



Directions:
Directions:
Pour batter into greased and floured bread pans. (I use 3 - 5 small bread pans or
a combination of small, medium and/or large bread pans.) Bake at 325 degrees for
60 - 80 minutes. (Smaller pans will take 40 - 50 minutes.) Remove from pans immediately after removing from the oven. Brush top with softened Butter.
After loaves have cooled, wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator when ready to serve and slice.
