¼ cup water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 carrots peeled
2 celery stalks
1 cup frozen peas or any vegetables you want to use
2 medium onions
1 12oz jar chicken gravy
1 ¼ pounds of chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pack of 2 pie crusts (you will need one for bottom and one for top)

Directions:
preheat oben at 375.
heat 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet over medium heat
pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper
add chicken to skillet cook about 8 minutes until fully cooked
while chicken is cooking: dice celery, carrots and onions
remove chicken from skillet
add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook vegetables about 12 minutes
add peas and any other vegetables reducing to low heat
shred chicken and add to skillet also adding gravy and water
place one pie crust into a 9" deep dish pie plate
spread chcken mixture in pie plate and place other pie crust on top
cut 3 slits into top crust
bake 45 minutes placing foil around edge of crust to keep from burning
cool 10 minutes before serving
