3 Cups Flour
1 Dash Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda (Heaping)
3/4 Cup Veg. oil (At higher altitude more oil may be required)*

*Substitute oil for applesauce for a moist cake

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cooking oil, sugar, and eggs until smooth.

Add cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to oil. Mix till blended.

Mix baking powder & baking soda to flour. Add flour to oil a little at a time.
(Batter will be very thick - will not be able to use mixer for all the flour)

Add sliced apples to batter. (A few at a time, cutting them into the batter)
The juice from the apples will thin the batter some. The batter will still be thick like cookie dough. Add extra oil if too thick.

Bake in bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan at 350º for approx. 1 hour

Cool till warm. Remove from pan.
