Ingredients: Cream Cheese Mints:
3 oz softened Cream Cheese Oil of peppermint extract to taste. Mix with 1 lb Confectioners Sugar Add color
Butter Mints:
1/2 cup soft butter 1 tsp salt 2/3 Cup Condensed Milk 7 cups confectioners sugar Oil of Peppermint extract to taste
Bowl with sugar for dipping Mints, before mold.

Directions:Cream Cheese Mints: Mix ingredients together, Knead
For Butter Mints: Cream butter and salt, add milk, add sugar Knead till all well blended and smooth Mix with fork. Until well blended. Knead
For both types of Mints, dip and press a marble size in sugar. (Only the side that goes in mold.) Press into candy mold and immediately unmold. Put all on waxed paper. |

Notes: Me and Lorraine made these for some of the kids weddings, and served in little dishes at the tables. We made green, pink, and yellow, They came out really good!! I made some and use to decorate around the edge of Wedding Cakes and Anniversary Cakes!! The picture is the mold. You can find in Walmart maybe, or other stores.
