1 lb Hamburger
1 med onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
2/3 c bisquick
1 c milk
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
salsa and sour cream, if desired
Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 400º. Grease pie plate. Cook beef and onion in fry pan until browned, drain off the grease. Stir in taco seasoning, spread mixture in pie plate. Mix bisquick, milk and eggs together, pour over beef mixture.Bake for 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 2-3 minutes longer until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
