1-2 sirloin steaks, cut in bite size pieces
1-2 red bell pepper, diced
1-2 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
can of mushrooms (or fresh)
8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tortillas per quesadilla you want to make

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Sautee onions until start to caramelize. Add steak-cook until done. Add sea salt. Add peppers & mushrooms to onion & steak mixture-cook until tender. Fill tortillas with steak, onion, pepper, mushroom mixture. Top with swiss & cheddar cheeses. Top with another tortilla. Bake quesadillas in oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
