- 1 boneless, fully cooked ham (7-8 pounds)
- 1 12 oz. bottle Great Lakes Brewing Company Christmas Ale
- 1 C packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp local honey

Place ham in a shallow roasting pan.

Score the surface of the ham, making ½ inch deep criss-cross cuts.

Pour all but 2 Tbsp of the Christmas Ale over the ham.

Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for one hour.

While the ham cooks, combine the reserved beer with the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

Whisk together until blended, then spread the glaze over the ham.

Bake an additional 40 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 140 degrees, basting two times.
