1 Small Cucumber
1 Medium Tomato
1 Medium Carrot
2 T. Chopped Green Onions
2 T. Black Olives

1/2 Cup Quick-Cook Couscous
1/3 Cup Italian Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.

Add the uncooked couscous and Italian dressing to the vegetables.

Let it stand for 60-90 minutes. The couscous will become soft and will be ready to eat.
