1 lb hamburger

9-12 Lasagna noodles (approx. 3 noodles per layer)
**the ones you cook are way better than the ready to use ones

1 onion, chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
1-2 ribs of celery, chopped

quart of favorite spaghetti sauce (4 cheese)
quart of favorite spaghetti sauce (spicy garlic)

1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 T dried chili flakes
1T dry oregano
1 T dry basil
1 T dry parsley
S & P

500 ml Dry cottage cheese
1 egg
cup parmesan cheese

Mozzarella cheese

9x13 deep dish foil lasagna pan

Brown and drain hamburger

Saute onion, garlic and celery... add to hamburger

Add spagetti sauces, mushrooms and seasonings

Let this simmer for at least hour.

**Boil noodles according to package directions while hamburger mixture is simmering

Assemble the lasagna as per below in a 9x13 deep dish foil lasagna pan:
1st layer - enough sauce to cover bottom of pan
2nd layer - noodles
3rd layer - 500 ml container of dry cottage cheese mixed with 1 egg, S & P and parmesan cheese
4th layer - noodles
5th layer -Sauce
6th layer - noodles
7th layer - mis the remaining of each of your spagetti sauces together and pour over top

Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes @ 350

Uncover... cover with shredded mozzarella cheese

Put back in the oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is gooey!
