3/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cup Mashed Banana (3 Large)
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease a loaf pan with shortening.

Mix sugar, bananas, oil, and eggs in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour it into the prepared pan.

Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, 60-70 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan. Finish cooling the bread.
