Ribs

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Baby back ribs (about 1/3 to 1/2 per person, depending on their age)
Salt and pepper
Liquid smoke
Water
Honey Barbecue Sauce, recipe follows (or store bought)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Season ribs with salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Put on the lined pan and broil until both sides start to turn mahogany in color and the meat has begun to pull away from the bone. Place the ribs on rack in deep pan. Cover bottom of pan with mixture of water and liquid smoke flavoring (4:1 ratio of water to liquid smoke, 4 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon liquid smoke) without mixture touching the ribs (it will make them bitter). Seal tightly with two layers of foil wrap to cover. Bake at 275 degrees until meat is tender, anywhere from two to five hours. The slower the better for this process. Just make sure an internal food temperature of 155 degrees is maintained. When ribs are fully cooked and tender, remove from oven, put on foil-lined pan and broil the ribs until they sizzle. Brush with barbecue sauce and broil a few minutes more.
