1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground veal
3 cloves garlic, minced or grated
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 large egg beaten
1 piece stale bread soaked in warm water or milk
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumb
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Sunday sauce already made

Directions:

In a large bowl, use your hands to combine beef, pork, veal, onion, and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper, then gently stir in bread crumb mixture, egg, ricotta, parmesan, and parsley until alt combined. Form mixture into 1" balls.

Bake meatballs in oven on 375 until golden brown.

Set meatballs aside, reduce heat to medium-low, and add sauce to skillet. Bring sauce to a simmer then immediately add meatballs back to skillet. Cover with mozzarella cheese and simmer until cheese is melted,

Add fresh parsley and grated cheese.
