Small carrots
1 clove garlic
1 sprig dill
2 tsp pickling salt
¼ tsp dry horseradish (can use store bought)
⅛ tsp powdered alum
1 T sugar
½ cup vinegar

Directions:

Fill pint jar with small carrots

Add the rest of the ingredients to the jar

Top with boiling water to ¼" from the top and seal

Invert jars to blend
