Cucumbers, sliced
Onions, chopped/sliced
Green, red & yellow peppers
Cauliflower flowerettes
Carrots, sliced

4 cups vinegar
4 cups white sugar
½ cup pickling salt
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery salt

Directions:

Cut up the veggies, amounts of each to your taste

Put in ice creme pail

Mix brine and pour into pail

Put in fridge
