Taco Salad Recipe

Kim Gregoire (Mom)


1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 lb hamburger
1 can red kidney beans
1 medium head iceburg lettuce
4 Roma tomatoes
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 bag (appox) Dorito's taco flavor taco chips
1 large bottle Catalina dressing

Brown hamburger

Add beans and simmer 10 minutes

Drain on paper towels and cool

Cut up lettuce and tomatoes

Add grated cheese and cooled meat

JUST BEFORE SERVING add crushed/broken taco chips & dressing

**You may not need a full bottle of the dressing... add it to your taste
