CRUST
½ cup butter
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1¼ cups flour
dash of salt

FILLING
1 egg
1-8oz creme cheese
¾ cup sugar
1½ cups rhubarb, chopped
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:

Crumb CRUST ingredients together

Take ½ of the mixture and press into 9x9 pan
**Save other ½ for topping

Combine creme cheese and egg, then add other ingredients

Blend very well

Pour over crust

Top with remaining crumbs

Bake @ 350º for about 40 minutes
