2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can crème of mushroom soup
1 cup sour crème
½ cup finely chopped onion
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
32 oz bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1 T melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan (smaller if possible)

Combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl, mix well

Fold in thawed hashbrowns

Toss together cornflakes and margarine, sprinkle over potato mixture

Bake @ 350º for 1 hour, until golden brown
