Sauce Béchamel
2 c.à table beurre ou margarine
2 c.à table de farine tout usage
¼ c. à thé sel
⅛ c. à thé de poivre
1 tasse lait

Directions:
Cuire les asperges al dente ou utiliser asperges en conserve ( enlever l'eau et rincer les asperges).
Déposer les asperges dans un ramequin ou autre contenant allant au four.

Préparer la sauce béchamel

Dans une casserole faire fondre le beurre à feu moyen. Ajouter la farine, le sel et le poivre. Cuire en remuant constamment pendant 1 minute. Ajouter le lait en remuant. Cuire en remuant constamment jusqu'à la sauce soit épaisse et commence à bouillir. Retirer du feu.

Déposer la sauce sur les asperges et le fromage pour gratiner ( mozzarella ou cheddar)
Mettre au four à 350 degrés environ 15 minutes en vérifier le gratin prêt.
