1 loaf focaccia bread
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella (if making the mozzarella version)
6 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Slice focaccia bread in half through the middle and spread approximately 1/4 cup of softened butter on the faces of each half of the loaf.

3. Sprinkle about 1 1/2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the butter on each half.

4. If you are making the mozzarella version, sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on the face of each half of foccacia. Skip this step for the plain version.

5. Arrange about 3 cloves of sliced garlic on each face of the bread, and then sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano over the top of each half.

6. Bake bread on a baking sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until the top begins to brown. Slice and serve.
