LaVonne's Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

3 c lukewarm water
1 pkg yeast
⅓ c oil
2 eggs well beaten
9 c flour 1 c sugar 2 t salt
3T butter, melted
sugar and cinnamon mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Start at 5 p.m.
Mix water and yeast together. In a very large bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt. Make a well and add yeast mixture, eggs, and oil in well. mix well with a spoon at first. then with hands. ( if dough is overly sticky, leave it alone a few minutes) Dough should form into a nice ball. Put dough into a greased bowl, turning to coat top. Put towel over bowl and leave 2 hours to rise.
7 p.m.
Punch dough down, grease top of dough again and cover with towel. Let rise 2 more hours.
9 p.m.
Separate dough into 3 parts. On floured surface. pat each part into a rectangular shape. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll up (the long side) and cut into ¾ slices. I use dental floss to cut) Put in a greased pan. About 12 rolls will fit in a 9X13 pan. Cover with towel and let set out overnight. Next morning bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar icing.
Powdered sugr Icing:
2 c powdered suar
1t vanilla
half and half or milk
3T melted butter.
Combine ingredients adding enough half and half or milk to make icing the desired consistency.
