2 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup Oil
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cup Self-rising Flour
3 tsp. Vanilla
10 oz. bag Miniature Marshmallows
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Icing:
1 Stick Butter
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup chopped Nuts
1/3 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa and then add oil, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Combine flour and beat well.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in greased and floured sheet pan at 300º for 40-45 minutes.
Put marshmallows on top of cake once out of the oven and still hot.
Prepare icing and pour over hot cake as well.

For icing - Melt butter and add all of the other ingredients.

Pour over marshmallows, adding few extra drops of milk to pour easier.

Cut cake into squares once completely cooled.
