3 tbsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water test with wrist
1 1/2 cups warm milk microwave 30 sec and test with wrist
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
approx. 6-8 cups flour

In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast into warm water.
Add milk, sugar, shortening, egg, salt and 4 cups flour. Stir well.
Slowly stir in remaining flour (only add as much as needed) until soft dough forms.

Turn onto floured surface and knead 5 minutes.
Place dough in bowl and cover with tea towel. Let sit in a warm place to rise 30 minutes.
Punch dough down slightly. Divide into 24 balls and place in large baking pan.
Cover with clean towel and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
