2 C. powdered sugar
1 C. butter
4 squares bittersweet chocolate
4 eggs
pinch salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. peppermint

Directions:
Directions:
Blend powdered sugar and butter.
Melt bittersweet chocolate and cool 1 to 2 minutes.
Add 4 eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add the rest of ingredients and beat well.
Drop into small (bite size) paper or foil cups or onto a plate.
Freeze or refrigerate.
