2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
1 stick butter
4 Tablespoons cocoa
½ cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2½ cups Quick Oats
½ cup nuts ( if desired )

Directions:
Directions:
Heat together in medium saucepan over medium heat, the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Stir frequently and bring to a full rolling boil. Let it boil for 1½ minutes. Remove from heat and add quickly the peanut butter, vanilla, quick oats, and nuts. Stir to mix. Spoon out onto wax paper by spoonful. Let cool for 30 minutes until set. Store in an airtight container and in the refrigerator.
