2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
melted butter
c. milk
tsp. each of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg

TOPPING:
c. chopped pecans
brown sugar
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first ingredients together. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, spread topping mixture on top of baked sweet potato mixture. Bake 10 minutes more.

I use yellow/orange sweet potatoes and bake them until well done. Peel off the skin, remove blemished spots. Mash them for use in this recipe.
