6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced or diced)
Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Salt (optional)
1 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 C Mayonnaise (or Greek Yogurt)
1 C Parmesan Cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cup Parmesan, seasoning salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Set aside.

Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly on top of the chicken.
Then, sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top of mayonnaise mixture.

Place baking pan in reheated oven, 375 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Lastly, remove from oven and serve over pasta, rice or by itself.
