1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbs granulated sugar
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the red onions as thin as possible and place in jar.
In separate bowl mix apple cider vinegar, sugar and hot water until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture over the red onions and let sit for 1 hour, then cover and place in fridge.

Will hold up for a couple of weeks in the fridge.
