6-8 sliced crisp bacon, crumbled
1-2 cans or lunch cups of mandarin oranges, drained.
toasted almonds, slivered or sliced
fresh croutons (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the spinach in House Salad Dressing to taste.

Top with Mandarin orange sections, bacon crumbles, and almonds (and croutons, if desired).
