125 ml soft butter
75 ml castor sugar
65 ml icing sugar
1 egg yolk
5 ml vanilla essence
250 g cream cheese
1 packet square biscuits
Cherries
250 l cream
1 Flake chocolate

Directions:
1. Beat butter and sugars together.
2. Add egg yolk and vanilla and fold in cream cheese and vanilla
3. Lay out biscuits 3x4 on foil
4. Spoon 1/2 of mixture onto biscuits, place another layer on biscuits on top
5. Spoon remainder of mixture onto biscuits.
6. Put cherries down the middle and fold biscuits in triangle
7. Wrap in foil and put in freezer for at least 2 hours before serving
8. Whip cream and coat cake, sprinkle flake over for decorating
