2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup diced green peppers

Directions:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef, stirring to break up meat. Drain excess grease. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Ladle into 6 two cup freezer containers with tight fitting lids, leaving 1/2 inch space at the top of each. With a knife, cut through the mixture in each container several times to remove air pockets. Attach lids, label with date and contents. Store in freezer. Use within three months. Makes 6 packets of about 2 cups ALL PURPOSE MEAT MIX.
