1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
4 ounces blue cheese, preferably Roquefort
¾ cup sour cream
Salt and ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed (If you do not have a food processor, blender the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until well mixed).
If the dressing is too thick for your liking, add more vinegar until you reach the desired consistency.
