1 large can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup plus 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, reserving 1/2 cup Parmesan for topping. Pour into oven proof dish (small casserole). Top with remaining Parmesan.

Bake 30 minutes at 350º

Eat with hearty crackers or oven toasted baguette.
