8 (2 ounce) squares vanilla white chocolate bark
2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter (do not use natural; use conventional Jif, Skippy, or similar)
2 cups cup Rice Krispies cereal or similar gluten-free crispy rice cereal
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Microwave white chocolate and a large glass bowl at high two minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in marshmallows, cereal, and peanuts. Drop by teaspoon falls onto wax paper. Let’s stand 15 minutes or until firm.
