1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 1/2 heaping cup shelled pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1 cup light corn syrup, 1 cup dark brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add 3 slightly beaten eggs. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over filling.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
